If you currently have currently have a
2.77 ratio and would like to upgrade to 2.92 / 3.08 / 3.23 / 3.27 / 3.45
/ 3.7 / 3.9 / 4.11 A: Without changing the
carrier you are stuck with the 2.77 ratio. You need to upgrade
to a 3 series carrier to allow the use of 2.92 and higher gearsets. A
3-series carrier will swap straight into your existing housing and
utilize your standard axels. I have
available both 3-series posi carriers as well as 3-series
mini-spooled carriers HERE
If you already have a 2.92 or numerically higher (eg 3.08, 3.23 etc
etc) ratio your carrier is already compatible with every gearset listed
on this site except for 2.77.
